Staff and doctor very nice but OMG trying to get anyone to respond to a question is an exercise in futility!! Have left multiple messages on MA/PA voice mail. As yet no reply. Not acceptable. I think I will probably find another dermatologist. Part of being a good practitioner is responding to patients. Doesn’t seem to be a priority here.

Very nice, but won't remove a cyst. Waste of time. I thought that's what dermatologist do, but apparently not. So if you need something removed find somewhere else thanks for nothing

Request paper statements. Without it, they will charge your credit/debit card for whatever amount they desire. You have no way of knowing the actual amount owed.

Very pleasant experience. Not a long wait time. Office staff and others were very nice. I saw Melissa Atkinson. She was very thorough, seemed extremely knowledgeable, and was very helpful. She explained everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Would have been 5 stars but there was a long wait time sitting in the exam room with my paper gown on . The staff was friendly, thorough, and professional.The facility was clean and comfortable. The treatment was quick and painless. So my only negative was due to their possible over scheduling.
