Had a wonderful experience all around here. Had some friends recommend and decided to check it out for myself. The ladies there are very welcoming and accommodating. I received a free skincare consult and decided to go with microneedling with exosomes for my first visit and upon returning, my first medical grade peel. Very pleased with the results and care provided, planning to make this a regular thing!
I really enjoyed their red light therapy bed but my main reason for going was the weight loss. I was able to get on their treatment plan and proud to say that I loss weight and feel much better because of it. The staff is very helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. I was hesitant to do the treatment but one of the owners (Christina) is a pharmacist and talked to me about the treatment and made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands with her and their NP Shams. I’m actually now planning to utilize their hormone replacement pellets next. I can’t wait and continue to feel great and confident.
I tried this place due to the special they had going on for Xeomin. Although they advertise it as Botox, it isn't, although chemically, they're very similar. I've gotten botox pretty regularly the last couple years & am religious with skin care, and I have to say they just kind of fell short to me both in medical professionalism & experience wise. 1st off I understand it's a business and they're trying to make money, but I was getting like 2 times the amount of units in the special so for the second half I was paying full normal price. They sat me down first and did like a really uncomfortable evaluation of my skin with lots of kind of unneeded & nitpicking commentary to the point even the woman point blank said "yeah I'm having a really hard time finding anything to critique to try and sell you on some of our services". Which they do try to sell you on huge packages even after I declined. Finally the major red flag for me is the person administering the units used WAY too big of a gauge of needles! It was like the size of needle to draw up the units not a subq injection needle. As a result all of my injection sites INCLUDING AROUND MY EYES bled pretty heavily & were super sore and bruised. Out of all the times I've gotten botox I've never bled or bruised like that. As a result it was a miss for me and I won't be back again. Editing to add: I was a legitimate client, I visited near the end of 2024. My last name would be different as this account was made before married. I don't appreciate it being implied that I was lying / trying to discredit me. Hence I posted the confirmation texts for my appointment with my original review. I've also added statements from my account to further prove this.
So accommodating and professional. I went way out of my way to come here and do not regret it. They were so attentive to my requests and overall great service- would absolutely recommend (Also FYI I was not paid or offered any discount/promotion to post this)
Had a Botox treatment today. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Extremely caring and patient focused. Highly recommend.
