I have been coming to Dr. Howell and Sam for months for filler and Botox and always leave so happy! I drive all the way from Gulf Shores (8 hours total) for each appointment because I don’t trust anywhere else with my lips! Pic of my lips a week after my last appointment

My first time receiving complete under eye filler!!! I also suffered with a bit of asymmetry under my eyes!! Dr.Howell work is absolutely phenomenal! He was able to correct the asymmetry and fill the hollowness! He’s AMAZING !!!!! Thanks so much!!! Jessica:)

I love the Aesthetic Medicine & Anti-Aging Clinic in Baton Rouge! All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, it makes for a wonderful experience! Plus, the deals they always have going make it easy and affordable!

I had an amazing first experience. And a horrible second experience here. When I called to prepay for my filler, I was told I could use the entire syringe When i get to my appointment, Sam was annoyed that I wanted to use it. And told me “you’re paying for the lips. Not the syringe” My top lip is still bigger on the right side, and when I pointed that out she said “I’ll add more if that’ll make you happy” and added more to the side that was fuller. I still have filler left over and she told me “we don’t hold filler, we toss it” even though my first syringe was held for two weeks. I have friends that went here and the clinic kept their remaining filler for MONTHS. The difference is obvious to the point people point it out at work. It doesn’t matter if someone’s paying $350 or $700 for the syringe. If they want to use the entire syringe; they should be able to. Since I’m again, paying for a FULL syringe. Not “lips”. It was just very disappointing and I felt rushed this time compared to my first visit. The office manager called me and swore he would make this right, come in and they’d fix it. I went in, Todd dissolved some of my lip. Told me to come back in a week. I go in, I was promised another syringe, by Kirk. Todd told me he would charge me to fix my lips, so this was a wasted trip. Even though Kirk and I personally spoke while I was out of town and he told me this wouldn’t cost me anything to fix Sam’s mistake. (Saw Todd this visit because I didn’t want to see Sam again after her attitude. And this visit wasn’t better, she walked into the room while Todd was talking to me, grabbed something, rolled her eyes and walked out.

Everyone was very nice and made my day as comfortable as possible. Gracie was very patient and is amazing. She cares about the patient and that speaks volumes.
