I usually do my testing at the imaging center in Sunset but decided to do it in Eunice. The person who did my testing was not cordial or helpful. The only communication exchanged was strictly related to medical information. There was no greeting ( hello, etc.) do you need help, are you ok, Nothing) No assistance was offered in getting on the table, moving up higher on table, nothing was said from the time the test started & ended. Nothing was said to inform me that the test was completed, machine was just removed, item was just pulled from under my feet, walked several steps behind me when leaving & uttered nothing when I approached the door ( thank you, have a good day, Nothing ‼️ Forgot to mention I am 87 years old with osteoarthritis, sciatica, raptured discs.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the care I received . Dr Cherry was kind , caring , humourous and very knowledgeable with my issue. The male nurse Hunter answered every time I called for help and took care of the issue. When you're in pain sometimes being comfortable in bed and warm or cool can help a lot . Everyone I dealt with in the back we're awesome. Thank y'all very much.

Went for endometriosis pain had been in an out of hospitals for a week straight bc of my pain up until I was able to see my obgyn. Dr Justin Pratt at this hospital did a pelvic ultrasound and a cat scan said both were normal and that there was no endometriosis found on the cat scan, I’ve been told by every single other dr plus my obgyn that to find out you have endometriosis it has to be through the actual surgery there’s no other way to see it through scans plus I’ve had 4 surgeries for endometriosis already! Justin Pratt is a terrible Dr and young, he definitely should be a nurse not a doctor. Has no clue what he is talking about and also told me that shots and pills are the same thing when no they are not because the pills don’t help my pain the shots do! And any other Dr will tell you that the shots work better than pills!!! He also told me he couldn’t give me hydromorphone for “this type of pain” which is a lie bc all the other drs I have seen for this pain has given me that and tordol bc they all know it’s most likely endometriosis pain! I suggest going to a different hospital if he’s the Dr at the time you go! His name is Justin Pratt, I’m sure I know more than he knows that’s how terrible he is! Needs to go back to school!

The front desk lady is very, very rude and making racial remarks to me! Then,she had made me put a mask on, assuming I was sick because probably my race….Then, when I went to the ER to have a painful ingrown toenail removed, I was sobbing, gagging, petrified … the works. But my doctor knew how to calm me down. “Don’t worry about a thing,” he assured me. “I just looked up how to perform this operation on YouTube. If I could rate any lower I would:(
