After having a terrible experience with another plastic surgeon, I had very little faith in sitting down with another doctor and going through surgery again. BUT Dr. Rau was the exception!! He is great to work with!! He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. It was evident that he’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. His bedside manner is great and definitely put me at ease on surgery day. His staff were wonderful as well and always available to answer any questions I had post op. 100/10 recommend him to anyone!!
