Dr. Lupo perform surgery on skin cancer on my ankle it was in a bad place because I have small ankles and he didn’t have much to work with everything went great until the stitches came out and within three days the wound was completely open . His nurse Shelly is also amazing she had me come in and and thought me how to pack it using goals and A irrigation water a kind of painful task but very, very effective doing this made it heal fast and kept away Infection I did this twice daily . I received a fast response from his staff via email after reaching out to them on his website for a Botox consultation. I was nervous as a first timer, but Dr. Lupo reassured me that I’d love it and may even get addicted lol! He was nice and I felt comfortable with him. His staff was nice and I had a pleasant experience. No complaints and I love my results!

My son went to Dr. Lupo for a Rhinoplasty & Septoplasty combined surgery. The staff was very nice and Dr. Lupo was pleasant. However, the after care was lacking. The Septoplasty was partially covered by my insurance , but they refused to file, and when i ask for a detailed bill, they refused to break down the procedure to allow me to file that portion with my insurance company. The Rhinoplasty made almost no change in the appearance of my son's nose. And when we brought it up, we were told over and over... "give it some time, it will change". Well, it never did. And the only response i got from him was.. "it looked good on the table". So, get a second opinion.

We were transported to Lafayette, my son had a fish hook in his face . Dr. Lupo was kind, caring and made me feel calm. He truly cared about making me as a mother feel reassured that everything would be okay with my 4 year old. We live two hours away and I would drive back for any injuries just to be treated the way we were treated by him and everyone at the hospital! Thank you Dr. Lupo
