Went in for my appointment, and because I refused to dialate my eyes, I was told the doctor wouldn't see me. AFTER getting the GM involved, I was seen. Then, I was charged $99 dollars for them to order my contacts. Because I'm a new patient. WHAT!! Needless to say, I'll never go back. Over priced, and they charge you for everything. $25 for your PD, with a side of rude..

Brought in my 6 year old pair of glasses for repair after my cat decided to break them. They were able to repair them despite how bad the damage was and didn’t even charge me! It’s been awhile since I have had an eye appointment but it is time to make one at this place!

Went there to be treated for Keratoconnus. The doctor was very late and did not listen to anything I had to say. He wanted to do a procedure on my good eye and I refused. I was fitted with a pair of schleral contact lenses that cost $ 1000.00 that did not fit. I had to go back twice for them to adjust them and they still didn’t fit. The left contact was so rigid that it gave me an ulcer on my cornea. While fitting me with the contact lenses, they treated me like I wasn’t even there. They didn’t explain anything to me or talk to me at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give it no stars I would. Do NOT think you’re going to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve been here since 2 and it’s now 4:30, I still haven’t been seen by the doctor. Absolutely ridiculous and the workers here are NOT professional or remotely kind. If you have a whole day to waist come here.

Make my appointment a year in advance but to get a Saturday appointment I had to wait until August 1 to make an appointment for a Saturday. Called August 1 and they gave an appointment for August 10. Show up for appointment and I’m advised that my vision insurance won’t cover my years eye exam until November. My whole day wasted. They told me that my appointment should have been scheduled for November and that the person making my appointment should have told me. Been going every year for years. I. try to get Saturday appoint every year to avoid missing a work day. They need to keep patients informed especially long term patients. Thanks for ruining my Saturday!
