I highly recommend Dr. Melancon! She has expertly crafted a unique and welcoming patient experience. I got Botox for the first time (ever!) at her clinic and walked away wanting to tell everyone to go see her! From a beautiful and relaxing office space that instantly calmed my nerves (I hate needles), to her patience with my questions and easy-to-talk to approach - I had the best experience and look forward to being a repeat customer.

I had an excellent experience at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery. I had botox and the entire experience from pre-registering online, to arrival in the beautiful facility was very personalized. Dr Melacon came into the examination room and had a long discussion with me about my likes and dislikes to be sure that she was giving me the best esthetic results. All the while her assistant was using numbing cream on my face to make it a more comfortable feeling. The botox process was painless and super quick. Afterwards, they gave me ice packs to ease any additional discomfort, of which I had none. Overall, it was a very positive and boutique experience. I would highly recommend trusting Dr. Melancon with your facial needs and I will be back in 6 months for sure!

My experience at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The securing of the appointment and filling out the necessary paperwork was so simple with their state of the art technology. Their facility, which is located on Magazine Street in an adorable neighborhood (which allows for great dining options before or after treatment), is new and fresh. The painting on the wall were calming and the examination rooms were clean and updated with the latest equipment. But none of this would matter without Dr. Melancon’s expertise at the helm. She was a wonderful listener to what my goals were with my botox treatment and offered her opinion on the best way to achieve them. The botox process was painless with her numbing gel and the ice packs allowed for no marks or swelling when I left the practice. I highly recommend Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery for your cosmetic surgery needs or other treatments such as botox. I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Melancon does amazing work. Very friendly staff as well. Went in for some wrinkles on my forehead. looking 10 years younger just a week later. I will definitely be back.

I had a consultation a few days ago, and it wasn't a good experience. Let me first say,  I consider myself to have pretty good self confidence, I've been a Corporate FA with NetJets for 20 yrs, 8th generation New Orleanian, and married to a handsome European man, I've had an amazing life, but I can be shy and reserved regarding personal topics and think all women should be treated with a certain level of just basic consideration regarding their image, face or body, that I feel was not realized at my consult. In all fairness, I did not have any procedures so I can not comment on that. I had a bad vibe when I sat in the waiting room and I almost left when the front desk lady was gone. I usually have a good instinct, and should have followed it. I was interested in some isolated fat grafting, bc I dont use fillers. This is not super common in general, I've heard. But when I called the lady said yes she does this. But, I think she only does in rare instances and not too complex, and that is understandable. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't gone on this visit--it did me no favors. She asked me some personal questions that did not pertain to the consult, like about the size of my cheeks, which have been large my whole life, and that felt intrusive and then about my upper lip movement being stiff, also intrusive and not relevant to my visit whatsoever and this was after she said she really couldn't do the fat but would recommend someone and that was fine Then, thirdly mentioned a lip- lift scar under my nostril, which was not in conjunction with any nose surgery and again "not" relevant at all and all of these critiques would have been better left unsaid. Can you imagine "Oh your nose is quite large, but Dr Im here for ear surgery". And as I said she already noted that she couldn't do the fat graft, so why are you asking me these personal questions?  At this point it differs none from dinner with a friend asking you these things, considering I'm not having any procedures...so it was just for her own curious gain, at my expense, and nothing more. I don't care what letters a person has behind their name, respect people's feelings and don't call attention to something that could make them self conscious and unrelated to the visit, because all that's being done is making them uncomfortable. And guaranteed every woman in that office has something she doesn't love or would change, this is human nature. And I also heard little staff whisperings and then thy watched me leave, I overall felt extremely regretful for ever visiting this clinic, wholeheartedly, They do not know me and I realize we live in a world where most people make assumptions, but I hope they will consider more how their patrons feel when consulting with their clinic.
