I frequently go to NOLA dermatologist, and I’m satisfied with my appointments damn near every time. If I have the slightest complaint or dissatisfaction the employees and Dr. Adrian are quick to come up with a game plan and make things right. The staff is extreamly friendly and caring, always making me feel at home when I walk in. Dr. Adrian pays close attention to his clients and their needs. I always feel taken care of and 10x more beautiful walking out those doors! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a certain boost of confidence in a specific area. If dermatology is your question, I promise you, NOLA dermatology is your answer!!
Unsat! As we would say in the navy. First when I walked in for my appointment and waited on the couch it had been maybe 5 minutes when I noticed something moving in the corner of my eye on the armrest. A small adolescent bed bug... Really? I dealt with these critters in my last apartment and they can lay up to 100 eggs per week. They are VERY hard to get rid of once you have them. as soon as I got home I threw all of my clothes in the wash and sprayed everything down with lavender oil just to be safe. Secondly, the gum chewing is unprofessional and the receptionist had a careless and gloomy attitude. I only gave this place 2 stars because of how nice the interior looked. I'm just going to stick with Dr. Garrott.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Adrian, and would not recommend this office. He has terrible bedside manner. He chewed gum loudly in close proximity to my face while performing injections for an acne procedure, which when he saw for the first time said, and I quote, “oh wow, yeah, it actually is pretty bad.” He threw tons of products at me with terrible explanations of my care plan, and wanted to push me onto accutane after only 1.5 months of seeing improvements on a less invasive drug. If that wasn’t enough, it was SO expensive because of the random lab they use. Do not go here! I wish I had walked out when my gut told me to!
The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and beautifully decorated. My doctor was really good at stilling my uneasy nerves.
I wouldn’t send my mother here. The place is dirty, the staff are rude and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. When I went back to see the doctor for eczema, he immediately started taking my shirt off and without asking me first. I don’t like strange people touching me so I jumped and only THEN did he ask if I could take off my shirt. He treated me like a number and afterwards I was off with five different medications, which didn’t help me and I didn’t need. DO NOT come here if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. All the while he was examining me, he was chewing gum loudly with his face really close to my body. I cringed as I watched the spit particles flying onto my skin. This doctor is the worst and should not be practicing medicine at all. His unprofessional behavior was just the cherry on top! STAY AWAY from this place
