Hickham Dermatology and Med Spa

I am new here and was told to go see Dr.Hickham she is great! Well that was partly true meaning that my visit seemed rushed. I am not new to toxins so I know how they are supposed to work and last approximately 3 months. Well after spending $600 something plus the $200 in rewards and gift cards I am disappointed in the fact that here I am not even 3 months later and my face is showing those pesky lines that we call our 11s and have never truly been frozen. And I am sure you are wondering why I didn’t call them, well as I said I felt rushed and didn’t feel comfortable so why would I go back somewhere where I will have to spend hundreds more, get rushed and end up in the same situation. I wish I had something better to say but I will leave this here, do your research and make sure you will get treated better than I.

First time here and I must say, Amazing service!!! Everyone here was so welcoming, especially the front desk lady, very helpful! Dr. Patricia was also very amazing she was able to get my stubborn pimple to go away literally within minutes. Definitely will be coming back, Thanks again :)

Dr.Hickham was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about all of my concerns during my visit! Her staff was very attentive and welcoming, especially her medical assistant Tylar! I would definitely recommend this practice for any healthy and wellness pursuits. 10/10!

This was the snootiest staff I’ve ever encountered, anywhere. I waited 10 mins to pay $650 for Botox because the front desk girls were discussing face masks they liked. Is that not enough money to get attention paid to me? I told the doctor I just moved here from out of state and she literally had nothing to say. Have never, ever, bled and gotten bruises from Botox like I did here. I was interested in doing a monthly facial plan but not with the rude staffers I encountered

Simply the best. I’m so happy someone recommended Dr. Hickham to me, and I’m thrilled to recommend her to you! Every issue that has popped up with my skin has been healed. There is nothing Dr. Hickham can’t fix! Also her entire staff is friendly, attentive, and skilled. Hickham Dermatology is really the best all around.
