I had an extremely unpleasant experience at LAVELIER due to high-pressure sales tactics and misleading information. I was simply walking past the store when a sales associate aggressively approached me, insisting that I try an eye cream. She physically pulled me into the store, sat me down, and demonstrated the product. Even after I told her at least 20 times that I was not interested, she stood in front of me, blocking my way out, and kept pressuring me to buy it. She also assured me that if I was unhappy, I could return the product. However, after reluctantly purchasing it just to get out of the situation, I later discovered the receipt stated “no refunds”—something that was never disclosed to me beforehand. To make matters worse, the product did not work as demonstrated in the store, and I experienced an allergic reaction after using it. This business operates with deceptive sales tactics and a lack of transparency about their policies. I strongly advise others to stay away and not fall victim to their unethical practices.

My experience at Lavalier was wonderful! Jade was especially informative about all of the products, and especially patient with me. She was great! The products worked wonders on my fine lines, and I can’t wait to see the transformation after using the products over time.

We bought eye cream that caused the redness on eyes. The sales rep said she is selling the best product. But when we tried, the product caused more trouble. When we went to return it was a complete rip off. They were different people. They said once u buy it at any cost they will not return. We bought it on Thanksgiving with No Thanks giving discount. Anyhow if a product cause skin reaction the company respectfully should take it back if it is not even 24 hrs. That being said I am filling claim with my Credit Card. Hopefully with pics from chemical reaction and poor product quality they will refund my money. While store manager said NO she will never refund our money.

Jade and Nicole did a fantastic job, my wife is enjoying her purchase. So thankful we stopped by Lavalier in the River Walk Mall. 👍🏾👍🏾
