If I could give this office zero stars I would. I have experienced everything other folks have stated. The office itself is a disaster. The staff is confused and not helpful. You will wait for an hour for every appointment. I was put on a medication and once my prior authorization expired I could not get anyone to return my calls after 6 messages. I tried to setup an appointment with the Dr. and when I went to the office, they told me my appointment was on a different day. Someone changed my appointment without contacting me. I wish I had taken the time to review this office before I went there. Hopefully this saves someone else the terrible experience. Only bright side was that the Dr. was very pleasant.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I waited in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes, I was seen rather quickly by med student & DR also. They were able to examine my issue and remove what was needed in about 1h and 30 minutes. That’s even while they were training others which typically would slow an office down. Def don’t trust all of these reviews!

They never pick up their phone, I've been getting phone calls from them for over a week looking for someone who I don't know and I can never get through to them to get them to remove my number.

I went for a skin checkup. They found a suspicious area. The doctors and the staff are very thorough. They explained every step of the process to me. They allowed me to pick and choose the option of treatment that I preferred to have done. Because I indeed was positive on the biopsy, and it was basal cell carcinoma. It was a lengthy process of procedures. But the final outcome was so worth it. I was negative for the basal cell carcinoma on my last biopsy. Only scar tissue remained. I have only praise and glory to give to Andrea, who treated me throughout this lengthy process. I give her all the credit to her expert work and skills. She is #1 in my book. Andrea is one of the most friendly, realistic, dedicated, caring, and determined medical providers I have encountered. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to have her for your treatment and care..

Well things were going good until they forgot to call me and tell me my appointment was changed from Monday to Wednesday. If not for the inconvience they destowed on me and others, because of their lack of caring, I would not be writing this note. LOST ME, as if they care. Very unprofessional. No referrals here.
