I’ve been going to Julie for waxing services and I’ve been about 4-5 times now and she has made me feel comfortable each and every time. The atmosphere inside the facility is very soothing and relaxing. The women at the front desk have always been welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I look forward to booking other services, alongside waxing, that Charm City Skin has to offer.

I got a facial with Alexandra and it was absolutely phenomenal service. Not only did my skin feel perfect, but she offered some great tips that I will be using daily. Was so good I came back for eyebrow threading with Julie and had the time of my life! Didn’t even notice the pain because of how comfortable she made me feel. And my eyebrows never looked better. I have been to Charm City Skin a few times for facials and now an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The place is incredibly welcoming. The technicians are professional, do an amazing job with the services and have recommended great products (but are not pushy with the recommendations if you have a routine you like). I will definitely be back .
