I had a 90 minute facial today. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, with my skin glowing and looking better than ever. Miranda's attention to detail and personalized approach truly set her apart from other estheticians I have visited in the past. I will definitely be returning for another facial with her in the future. If you are looking for a truly exceptional spa experience, look no further than booking a treatment with Miranda. I will never go to this place again. Still has not received a call from the owner. My friend and I went for a 60 minute massage, my friend was barely given a proper massage and rushed for reasons. Made him feel really bad. They were rude and disrespectful towards him. Will never go to this place again. And below there is finally a response from the manager that I received a full refund. That was not true, that is a lie. There was a discount because we were requested to come earlier than our appointment and there was a miscommunication as I informed the front desk that we will try but we will keep our initial appointment time (60 min massage). When we came, they rushed both of us as though we were late. They gave me a discount when I questioned being rushed. When my friend and I left the place, I asked him about his massage and he said he only got 10 minutes of service. I assumed he received the same 30 minutes as myself. I called the place to bring this to the attention of the manager because the level of service was due to prejudice. And no one called me back. Do not go to this place. I used to go due to convenience, I have avoided it out of principle. You do not get to treat people badly just because you want to. You are a place of business. If you are going to take people's money, treat them with respect regardless of your own prejuidices. It was my birthday gift to my friend who is an extremely lovely, shy, and kind individual and it broke my heart how he was treated. Shame on this business!

Today I treated myself for my 30th birthday to a spa day. I got the essentials package which includes a 60 minute massage, 60 minute facial, a signature manicure, and signature pedicure. Bella did my massage and it was truly heavenly. I am 5 months postpartum and my body, especially my shoulders have been so tight and tense. I asked for a quiet appointment and she delivered. I asked for a firm, yes relaxing massage to relieve tension and she delivered EXACTLY that! Miranda did my facial next, talk about heaven on Earth! She asked me my goals which was a bright glowy complexion, and I was truly speechless to see just that once I looked in the mirror. She has a beautiful touch that instantly relaxes you. She even made sure to ask if I was breastfeeding and any other health conditions to make sure I kept my baby safe! Jasmine did my mani/pedi. She was extremely meticulous, took her time, and made great conversation. The best part of this service is she did not rush my pedicure appointment, and gave me a fantastic leg and foot rub. I spent 4 hours at the salon and couldn’t have left more exhausted in the best way. This was exactly the day I needed. It was so nice to be cared for for the day and I will be making this a more regular appointment in my life!

Had a lavendar and calendula massage with Burgandy which was really good. Ask appropriate questions prior, and told me briefly was the expect. Pros would be great pressure, the most professional person I came across there, and great timing during massage. Only cons were some over the sheet pressure intermittently throughout I’ve never had at other massages but not a real negative and I’ve gotten the L&C at another location and had a lot more oil and fragrance which wasn’t included in this one. Overall the massage itself definitely worth it! As for the rest… not very “spa” like. The front desk was not very responsive or professional. Unlike the Hunt Valley and Abingdon locations there is no area to wait. I wasn’t offered coffee or water until after the massage. There was a single bathroom. The massage room I was in you could hear some of the lobby. I had to ask for a robe and sandals while waiting prior, as the lobby was loud. They said I could shower after but there was an entire spray tan set up in the shower and they had no products to use even if I wanted to use it. They did provide a complimentary shampoo which was nice since the massage includes oil in the hair. But I couldn’t shower otherwise and there were no areas to relax after, and no sauna or other amenities were anvailable/ offered. I’ll be sticking to the other locations…
