I highly recommend Pure health and Charis James for your weight loss journey. When I first started I was 60lb overweight. With the help and guidance and the monitoring of my health I lost 30lb in 5 months. For the cost of other weight loss programs your vitals are monitored and weight loss medication is provided. I feel more energy and healthier. Hopefully I will be able to come off some high blood pressure medication soon. Also she teaches you to start a better healthier life style so you don’t rely on medication to achieve a healthy you.
