I had a great experience with Advanced Aesthetics and Med Spa in Bel Air. From the time I scheduled my appointment, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I received Botox and filler for the first time, and because I’m not a big fan of needles I was a little anxious, but they walked me through and reassured me through the entire process. I wasn’t really sure what I needed, but if you point out your areas of concern, they advise you (very professionally) what you need and where, to get your desired results. At my follow up appointment, they reviewed everything we did before to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I wanted to make any changes, but I think they did it perfectly the first time.

10/10 would highly not recommend. If you value you're time, do not come here. Being new to the area I needed to find appropriate eye care specialist. Thought advanced would work out well since they have decent selection of brands for glasses. When I first scheduled my appointment, I felt concerned since the I gave the impression they were a high commodity. They didn't inform me I had to be there 30 min prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. Come my appointment date, I accidentally went to the other location. Fortunately, I had enough time to make it to the to this one about 5 minutes late. I decided to call half way there to inform them of my dilemma. They informed me that they would need to reschedule me because of time constraints. Ok my bad they then rescheduled. Here they still did not inform me to arrive 30 min prior to fill out paperwork. Come the rescheduled appointment I arrive a few minutes early, where the receptionist asks me if I filled out new patient paperwork, I replied "no, I did not receive any paperwork to my email" She walks back and tells m," unfortunately we're going to have to reschedule you since you didn't fill out your paperwork or come 30 minutes early " with a pretentious attitude to top it off.

Everyone at Advanced Aesthetics and Medspa are always friendly and welcoming! My face has never felt and looked so good with using all the products Jena has recommended! The facial is one of the most relaxing things I have ever had done in my life! The Botox treatment I received has helped smooth out my forehead and made me for confident about myself! I am forever grateful for everyone here! I can not wait until my next appointment !
