From my first phone call to Bala, I was impressed with Samantha's professional and accommodating manner. My initial consultation with Catherine was very informative with no pressure. Catherine's 30-year experience in aesthetics is evidenced by her work. I have been very pleased with the results and their treatment of me as their client. I am 69 years old and was hesitant to invest in my skincare but am so glad I did. You can trust your skin to the ladies at Bala.

Having moved from South Carolina and now living in Maryland I was anxious finding an aesthetic spa that I could trust. I’ve been going to the same aesthetic spa for eight years in South Carolina and had developed a very close relationship with that aesthetic family. I remember thinking, I’m never gonna feel comfortable at another spa, boy was I wrong lol. Needless to say I went to a few different spas elsewhere(trial and error) I wanted someone who was going to make me feel comfortable, personable, compassionate and at home. Kathy is so personable so loving so kind so sincere and mostly Kathy she knows aesthetics!! Also Kathy’s beautiful daughter Holly, she as well is a genius such a brilliant young woman that knows all aesthetics. I’m very grateful to have found Bala aesthetic Medispa that I once a month go for go for a Hydro facial and every three months for my Botox and or fillers. There has been times where I needed to come in sooner and when calling, the ladies always have been able to fit me in to their busy schedules. I am so grateful to have found such a gem that helps me maintain my own beauty yet I have developed a new family.

My 3rd visit is scheduled and I couldn't be happier! The results are excellent - never too much or too little. Cathy is wonderful, she takes her time, listens and is professional and personable. In fact I have nothing but praise for the entire staff and the lovely facility. The prices are also in line with other aesthetic spas and it is not difficult to make an appointment that fits your schedule.
