I love going to Dr. Birelys office. April is the most knowledgeable esthetician I have ever experienced and she actually cares about your skin and the best results for you. Very thorough. Melissa always gives the exact results that I am looking for and always leaves me looking younger! The front desk girls are always very friendly and helpful. The office is very up to date and clean and welcoming. I will always recommend this business to everyone that I know!!!!

I freely admit that I have canceled appointments. However, it has typically been within their cancelation period of 24 hours, except for this last time when I literally tested for COVID the night before. I should have gone in sick. But I canceled, and then proceeded to volley messages back and forth. When I received the confirmation call today—72 hours in advance—I was willing to pay the deposit. My only request was that I get off the busy street before giving my credit card info. The woman started saying that I had not left another message previously to pay—accusing me of lying. Then said all I ever gave was excuses. This place offers a service, and the unprofessional nature where a front office worker was yelling at me. And I did have witnesses hear the conversation. They are who suggested I leave this review so others are aware of how they could be treated.

From the welcoming energy of the front desk to the lovely ladies who have performed my services .. this place is top notch . Do not hesitate to make an appointment!!!

They actually changed the scheduled time one day before the actual appointment and then after my arrival they had the office location of my visit wrong. And to top it off, finding the office in the building was also inconvenient because I ended up going to two different floors because they didn’t even give notification of that properly. I’ll never ever deal with them again.
