I just finished my second Cool Sculpting session! I was already impressed with the facility and service, and the experience was even more remarkable despite my delay due to awful 4:95 AM traffic. Even though I was running late, Helena patiently waited for 45 minutes and even sacrificed her lunch hour to complete my 3-hour treatment. I had an incredible experience. Eleany calmed any anxiety I had about my session and was so accommodating and pleasant. She did everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and was very personable. The location is very nice and parking wasn’t hard to find. But honestly Eleany was super informative and professional while being patient and calming. She made this session for me my best one yet!
