I came with my friend for Botox and we had Yelena who was recommended by another friend. She was AMAZING! So personable and sweet and did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted and 2.5 weeks later, I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results. She’s a gem personally and professionally. I’ve found my Botox girl and will be back again and again!

I've had continuously exceptional facial appointments every time I've come into OVME since I joined as a member last year! The sessions are tailor made depending on what is happening with my skin, the time of year and my schedule that week. I feel their plan for my 'best skin' is truly important to everyone involved there. There is never a hard sell, just explanation of products and services that work for me. I'm so glad my friend recommended this skin spa to me!

OVME BETHESDA IS TERRIBLE! I have been going to OVME in Nashville for Botox in my forehead and never had a problem - they are amazing! Always had the best experience. I came out to Bethesda OVME because I was visiting family and had my Botox here. They were able to look up what OVME Nashville does for me for my Botox. Bethesda OVME location supposedly followed what had been done in the past and yet two weeks later I still had TONS of movement in my forehead and wrinkling there almost as if I hadn’t received any Botox. I went back to Bethesda the following week for them to “correct” it. And still it remained the same. See photo I’ve attached. In addition, OVME BETHESDA charged almost twice as much as I pay in Nashville. Most expensive and worst treatment ever!!!! Totally ripped off by OVME BETHESDA!😫 I should be refunded it’s as if I barely received any Botox at all…. @ovmebethesda
