I had a wonderful experience with Radiance Dermatolgy. From my initial call they patiently listened to my issue and set my appt for the very next day. I was very happy. next day the office rep was a delight , very nice and got me right in. Dr. Omolara was also very nice and provided expert knowledge and care. Overall I had a great service and would highly recommend this practice .

My daughter has been receiving acne treatment from the doctor O for nearly a year, and her skin is now almost flawless. I also underwent dark spot removal treatment, and the results have been significantly noticeable. Dr. O is always kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

I use to be employed at Radiance Dermatology... Dr. O "seems" nice at first, but after a few weeks, it changes. She talks down upon her own staff including the two VIRTUAL assistants she has, both are which OVERSEAS, one of them is the "Practice Manager", so no she does not have a physical management team. She does not like it when her staff engages with the patients, which is actually quite ridiculous. I've worked in medical a total of 13 years, and i have never been told not to engage with patients. Um hello, that's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. She offers no benefits or anything for that matter. She gives FREE services to people that she chooses to, which is against regulations. I witnessed her fire an employee simply for asking to be off due to having a death in their family. I've seen her "suspend" her virtual assistant simply because she made a minor mistake that in fact was HER fault and not the assistants fault. she over charges patients for services, she collects copays from people who do not have co pays, INCLUDING MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PATIENTS. overall, her practice is a toxic environment not just for the staff, but for patients too.

Dr. Olowoyeye is an amazing dermatologist. My daughter’s face looks great now. The medications she recommended worked wells. Thank you Dr. O.

The Doctor was very thoughtful and generous with her expertise and time. I will definitely recommend this medical practice to friends and family members in the future.
