Jaffe, O'Neill, Lindgren, Affiliate of Anne Arundel Dermatology

Dr. Lindgren and Jaffe are outstanding providers and their staff is professional and courteous. I did not have to wait more than two minutes upon my arrival to be seen. Everything was explained to me throughout the visit. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. They get 10 out of 10 across-the-board.

Dr. Lindgren is simply the best Doctor I’ve been to in years. She is authentic, thorough and extremely thoughtful. The culture in this practice is incredibly consistent. Every single person I’ve come in contact with was just as professional and authentic. I would highly recommend Dr. Lindgren's practice.

Dr. O'Neill was in a big rush to see the patient. He literally talked to me for 3 minutes and turned around quickly and left the room while I was still trying to ask him some questions. He had poor bedside manner to the point being disrespectful to patients.

Alexandria is amazing! She is prompt, engaging, proficient and very kind. This was a follow up from an appointment from six weeks ago with her which was very successful (cyst removal that just never went away for years until she removed). I had another concern which she listened to me about then immediately had a great solution. She then asked before ending the appointment if I had any other concerns or questions which I appreciated.

Reaching anyone by phone took ages because each office is connected to the many facilities this group runs, so there is no way to reach the office directly. The people who answer the phone when they can finally do so due to busyness, are polite and helpful. The office was clean, and the front desk folks were efficient. I was appalled by Dr. O'Neill's demeanor. I politely asked him to wear a mask to protect my elderly mother, who had to remove hers for the exam. He huffed about doing so but put one on. His bedside manner didn't improve. He examined her quickly and showed no compassion in delivering the news. Overall, I felt the place was run like a factory, with a few minutes for each patient. The nurse/aid who assisted the doctor was extremely polite and helpful. We will not return to the practice.
