I've always avoided vitamins, concentrating on a healthy diet and exercise to feel great and sleep better. As a yoga instructor and fitness junkie- I liked plant food as medicine when possible. And then menopause happened. Thank goodness a friend organized a menopause workshop with Dr. Hoder and I realized how all my suffering during my late 40's- mono-like symptoms & just a sense of perpetual exhaustion and moodiness, feeling unwell- could be helped by HRT. Medical studies excluded women until very recently so in the past doctors just called women of a certain age "WW" (whiney women).. because our complaints were universal and unfixable. Not so. One appointment with Dr. Hodor has changed my life forever. Within two weeks of starting HRT, I felt like my old self again- adventurous, energized, with a positive outlook, and sleeping better.. even my hair was shinier. It's way more affordable than I was expecting for what it's worth.. even so, I'm determined to join forces with other women to get insurance to cover and more doctors on board. Since most didn't study this in medschool - most doctors are still in the dark. If you are a women of a certain age, please don't suffer in silence. There are proven treatments out there.. and I can't recommend Dr. Hodor enough. I absolutely love waking up again and facing the day. THANK YOU RnR Aesthetics, Dr. Hodor, Liz and the entire team!!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Hodor, Liz and Arin all take the time to really listen and provide such good care. The aesthetic treatments are fun but the wellness therapies (HRT, supplements, etc) are life changing. I feel better than I have in 10 years. Thank you!!

I've been to RNR for 2 treatments, Sofwave skin tightening for my neck and a chemical peel and the results have been fantastic. My skin is smoother and I have been receiving so many compliments. Excellent follow up on all treatments. Highly recommend the RNR Team and I will be back!
