City Dermatology: Dr. Marc Zhang

Called for scheduling appointment for an allergic rash on my scalp, first time Dr. Mark answered the phone and told me to call back by the next week which again he picked the phone and told me to call the next week again for the second time. Finally a woman answered my phone and told me that they don't accept new patients with individual insurance! What a poor customer service - wasted 2 of my precious weeks like that.

I have been to see Dr. Zhang twice. Both times he has been accommodating, flexible, and patient. He listens fully to all the different concurrent issues I have with my skin. After my latest visit, he followed up to see how treatment was going and to recommended other ways I can help contain my eczema outside of medication (like eczema gloves). Dr. Zhang is a great doctor who cares most about what is best for his patients. I highly recommend!

Dr. Mark Zhang is a great, compassionate dermatologist that has great bedside manners.He takes the time to understand dermatological issues. He is an Intelligent doctor with good human values.Hardly find such non commercial doctors in this era.Would highly recommend him to others!

I had a great experience and can recommend this Dr. He was interested in my health foremost, which was the purpose of my visit, and not selling me Botox or other cosmetic products, which is my experience with other more high profile doctors. He was knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He spent as much time with me as I needed. He was able to answer my questions. His is a no frill operation, but I felt I was in good hands with him and his assistant and will see him again.
