The reception staff were very rude and had a bad attitude.
My first visit. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Toerge was conversational and not rushed (unlike most doctor visits these days). She did a full body scan (happily nothing to be removed) and had helpful advice like using face moisturizer with sun screen every day. At checkout the person put my insurance form into an envelope addressed to my insurance company...just needed my return address and a stamp! That's customer service.
I waited in the exam room for at least 45 minutes for Dr. Toerge. I was the last patient. Dr. Toerge was very apologetic when she arrived, but did not articulate a reason as to why she was delayed. Someone should have let me know about the delay rather than allowing me to sit there for such an unacceptably long time.
I recently had a visit with Meaghan Canton Feder for a skin cancer screening and consultation. Meaghan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was also a great listener.
Dr. Toerge and her staff are all very kind and professional. Slight issue with the billing not matching up with my EOBs.
