It has been a wonderful experience, all the staff and Dr. Chang were very kind, my consultation took a little but reasonable time, they are excellent professionals. I had a filler in my nose (non-invasive surgery) and it has been a change in my life. I’m happy with the result, my confidence has grown, my nose is perfect. Thanks to all the work of Dr. Chang, it was no more than 10 minutes and the change is great.

Dr. Chang performed a facelift procedure on me 3 years ago. I wanted to look refreshed for my daughter’s wedding. Well, he did excellent work. I continue to see him for Botox injections and am planning to have laser treatment. I also want to give kudos to his entire team - they are fantastic. All said, he is a superstar plastic surgeon and we are lucky to have him in our area. Thank you Dr. Chang!

I want to start by saying I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to in order to help others who are indecisive on their surgeon or their procedure. As soon as I met Dr. Chang, I knew he was going to be the surgeon I chose. He was kind, funny, considerate and very compassionate. He made me feel comfortable right away, which I didn’t feel with the other 2 surgeons I had met with. He took the time to truly examine my nose. He spent the full hour consultation understanding my goals, examining my breathing issues, taking additional pictures and reviewing the “after” images of with me. Following the consultation, I was in constant communication with his assistant, Samantha. Anytime I would think of a question or concern, I would email Samantha and within 1-2 business days she would reply back and address each and every question. She was so prompt and responsive. I persistently emailed her multiple times, and her responses were always so helpful, understanding and friendly. I really appreciated all the help she provided me on multiple occasions. Upon surgery day, I felt very comfortable, and the process was extremely smooth. At no point in time was I confused on what the next step was or what I needed to do to prepare. Both Nurse Jackie and Nurse Tech Katherine, made the morning of my surgery very easy and comfortable. They were amazing. Following surgery, Dr. Chang personally called and texted me to check in on how I was doing — this made me feel truly cared for. He also sent me videos and pictures of how my nose looked right after the surgery since I had a cast on. I am now 2.5 weeks post-op and Dr. Chang has reached out to me a few times just to check in to see how I am doing. Although I have some swelling (which is expected), I love my new nose! Dr. Chang exceeded my expectations! If you are considering a rhinoplasty, I 100% recommend Dr. Chang. You won’t regret it. I plan to go to Dr. Chang for any future procedures I will have.

I have done lots of research and reading before I chose Dr. Chang. Several doctors were recommended to me by my friends but I decided to go with Dr. Chang based on his unbelievable credentials and consistently great reviews. I am now thankful every day I made that decision. I needed breast implants replacement and a lift. He has done an absolutely amazing job and I couldn’t be happier! I felt comfortable, welcomed and safe the minute I entered the office. I was given detailed instructions prior and after the procedure. The hospital stay was equally pleasant experience. I had the most amazing experience working with Dr. Chang for breast augmentation surgery. I initially visited 2 plastic surgeons prior to discovering Dr. Chang- both surgeons didn't listen to what I wanted and tried persuading me to go bigger than what I explained I had in mind. The first moment I met Dr. Chang I could tell that he was different from the previous plastic surgeons I had had consultations with. He was extremely welcoming and had impeccable people skills. During my consultation he asked what I was looking to achieve with my breast augmentation- I explained what I wanted and he took the time to listen and perfectly answer every question I had. With out a doubt I would say after my consultation, I knew he was the plastic surgeon I had been looking for! The day of my surgery, Dr.Chang made me feel so comfortable, reassuring me he would produce the results I was looking for. The minute I got out of the operating room, 3 nurses crowded me, raving over how natural the results looked. I did the 24hr recovery and was out shopping/went to dinner the night of my surgery. I am SO happy with my results and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with breast augmentation. If any of you are looking to get breast augmentation surgery, I would 110% recommend visiting Dr. Chang! He absolutely deserves more than 5 stars, and with out a doubt is one of the most amazing plastic surgeons I've came across!
