The Dermatologic Surgery Center of Washington

I would highly recommend this practice for any dermatology or skin cancer needs. The staff, nurses, and physicians are kind, caring, honest, supportive, well mannered, comforting, and intelligent. The front office staff are welcoming, accommodating, organized, and friendly. I had a surgical procedure that required stitches to my back and my experience was wonderful. The physician, Caroline Glick, and her amazing nurse, Jackie, were warm, polite, and explained step by step the breakdown of the procedure which reassured me. When I needed to make an additional appointment a few days after the procedure, the practice accommodated me on the same day and called me right away after I left a message the night before. Overall, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that may be of need. Thank you for such a 5 star experience.

Really good communication from the office, especially on where to park and how long it’d take me to get to the office from my car. No wait time, my appointment started exactly when it was supposed to. New patient registration was quick and easy. Friendly staff in the reception area. Most importantly, Dr. Ota and his assistant were great. Really good experience overall.

After a bad experience with a dermatologist that exacerbated my situation causing a month of appointments and pharmacy trips, I went to see Dr. Glick, and she was friendly, helpful, a good listener, and, most importantly, cleared the problem up within 48 hours. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the nurse practitioner made me feel heard. Great experience.

I had an exceptional experience at the Dermatologic Surgery Center of Washington. The facility is conveniently located with easy access and ample parking, which made getting to my appointments stress-free. The office itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff were extremely attentive during all my visits. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised that the wait time was always shorter than expected. Dr. Ota was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, was incredibly thorough in his exam, and explained everything he was doing in great detail, putting me at ease. His professionalism and kindness were outstanding, and his assistants were equally attentive and professional. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here and specifically the care and attention from Dr. Ota. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dermatologic care.

This is a lovely office with kind and attentive staff. They were very thoughtful with my 95 year old mother-in-law, especially Joan Pohutsky who did a great job with diagnosis and treatment. I’d definitely recommend them as an excellent dermatology practice.
