She really took the time to listen to my concerns and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable. My facial results were fantastic and I couldn’t be happier! The facility was also spotless and very relaxing. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for other services. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Monarch Laser Therapy for my first laser treatment, and I can't express enough how great my experience was! From the moment I walked in, The young lady was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I was quite nervous about the procedure, but my technician Kierra took the time to explain everything in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience and understanding. The atmosphere of the spa was calming and soothing, which helped ease my anxiety. My technician was not only professional but also very friendly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She walked me through each step, ensuring I knew what to expect, which really helped to calm my nerves! The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly less uncomfortable than I had anticipated. This was the best facial and IV infusion service I have ever received. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgable about every thing they have to offer. I came in initially for an iv infusion but their passion and knowledge about their other services is what sold me on getting their hydrodermabrasion facial! I have tried facials before and they never really target the damage I have from the sun but this one did! I saw such a huge improvement on my skin (mainly in my cheeks where the issue was) in just 2 weeks! So thankful for the staff here and their excellent services because I now found my home spa!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to give credit when credit is due!! I came to Monarch for a facial and I will be back very soon!! I don’t know where to start ummm okay when I first walked in the office it was very clean smelled amazing and the staff was super nice!!! Kierra went over the service I was getting for the day and she made me feel so comfortable and excited at the same time. Once I had finished my facial I noticed the immediate results and I was even more excited. She called a few days later to check to see how my facial was doing how was the product reacting with my skin and for her to do this it showed me that she really do care! I will be making this a routine thing from here on out!!!
