I love all the women at this clinic! Amy has been especially sweet, greeting me by name upon arrival. &my provider, Ms.Sierra has exceeded expectations. Being so especially sweet, walking me through everything step by step and ensuring my utmost comfort seeing as though I'm a bit new to the medical side of Esthetics... I was glad I had her as my service provider & nurse through this time. Thank you ideal image, for keeping me beautiful! &being so beautiful inside and out yourselves ❤️

Great experience from start to finish. My providers Cierra and Delorris, both nurse practitioners, were very professional and provided excellent care. The appointment was several hours long as I was having multiple areas treated. Everyone was very considerate and accommodating, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire experience. I received detailed after-care instructions and thorough education on what to expect after treatment. I highly recommend these providers and I look forward to my next appointment with them.

Most of the staff at the Gaithersburg office is great, but Dolores compassion and dedication to her patients is truly inspiring. She goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, and her positive attitude makes a world of difference. Thank you for being such an incredible nurse!

Cierra, Morgan, and Deloris were amazing! They did a great job talking me through my treatment and explained everything to me. And Deloris was great with my second treatment, too. Highly recommend this location and the providers!

I recently (30-Sept-2024) had an outstanding experience at this Ideal Image location, thanks to the exceptional staff. Amy, the administrative staff member, was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with a friendly smile. I told her I was going through a rough time and she recommended the "Power of Positive Thinking," and I added it to be "TBR" list. I also had the pleasure of working with Delores, the Nurse Practitioner, who was simply fantastic. Her professionalism and expertise made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. She was thorough with marking up the treatment areas and ensuring that all areas were treated. Delores took the time to explain everything in detail and addressed all my concerns, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. I told her I was moving around a lot and she even provided additional advice of using "Furnished Finders" to find apartments (sourced from her time as a traveling nurse). Overall, the combination of Amy’s administrative support and Delores’s medical expertise made my visit a truly positive experience.
