Soha Spa and Wellness

I went here for about five months for eyebrow waxing and tinting services. Unfortunately, I am no longer a customer. I had a 10am appointment and discovered the doors and elevators were locked upon arriving. I called and text and was left waiting without a response—even though another customer was able to get in touch with the owner to be let upstairs. Upon returning to my car, I saw a staff member waiting outside who advised me that the individual who was servicing me had to return home to retrieve something, she would return in 15-20min, and I should wait in my car. All the while, I received no call, no text, no updates whatsoever about the delay or situation. I was never invited to wait in the reception area, as I watched several people enter the building (including the staff member who just happened to recognize me outside). This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect.

I have been coming to Soha Spa for over 2 years for facials and Microneedling and the results are always great! Customer service is top notch! My skin has never felt and looked better ! I’ll continue to use their services and refer my friends and family to them.

I cannot be more pleased with my laser service by Su. Excellent customer service and extremely through with her approach. I look forward to continuing my treatments at Soha Spa!

I have been going here for the last 3 years and I will say 100% this place has changed the eyebrow game for meee. Before Sopha Spa and Wellness I used to get my eyebrows done anywhere and it was always a hit or miss. I know everytime I go in my eyebrows are gonna be looking soo good! I always get compliments on them :) 10/10 recommend this place.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here regularly. The prices are fair and the service is speedy. I've also gotten a really excellent facial. It was my first time and my esthetician explained everything well and did a great job. I don't plan on going anywhere else.
