Epiphany Dermatology (formerly Sona Dermatology)

Great first visit at Sona Dermatology of Germantown. Arrived early to complete paperwork. Kayla at the front desk/check-in was outstanding. Very friendly, welcoming and quick to get me in to see Dr. Pillemer. Dr. Pillemer was excellent. Listened to my concerns, completed his examination and then explained his diagnoses and recommendations. Straight forward and very professional and friendly. Office is located on the second floor. Plenty of parking. Office is bright, spacious and clean. Overall a great experience. Had to wait several months for the appointment, but that is the only downside. But I am pleased with everything.

The service with Dr Pillemer & his assistant is excellent in the examine room . Trying to make a phone call is awful ! I called on Friday Jan 24 & was on Hold for 30 minutes, I then Hung Up , Called again Monday January 27 same thing this time I left my number on the automated call back system , No one ever called me back . I’m considering finding a new Dermatologist. There is no excuse for such bad communication. The point of my call was time sensitive relating to health insurance , I’ve lost my opportunity at this point .

Unlike most doctors I did not have to wait an indeterminate amount of time. I was called for my appointment within a few minutes. I went into the assigned office and, again unlike most doctors, Dr. Lee appeared within a couple of minutes, spoke to me for a couple of minutes and then got right to work. He explained everything he was doing and although he did several small procedures he did them very quickly and professionally and the entire appointment was over in under 10 minutes. I then went to the receptionist, made my next appointment and was gone. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes and I was headed for home. My kind of doctor appointment.

Dr. Lee is my hero! Always professional and great bedside manner. He has taken good care of many removals of sun damage and skin cancer. Stay out of the sun and use sunscreen. Get your vitamin D without damaging your skin. Especially if you’re IRISH Fran

I have been a patient for many years. I appreciate Dr. Lee's attention to the condition of my skin and focus on my well being. His exam room assistants are professional and kind, and the front desk staff are cordial and helpful. Thank yoi.
