Had a skin check with Dr. Noell and I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience here. Staff was so friendly, especially Dr. Noell and also knowledgeable. I was seen promptly and wasn’t rushed at all - I feel like Dr. Noell took the time to talk to me and help me feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

Wonderful practice. Always seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Staff talks to my daughter who is the patient and makes her feel comfortable and heard. Easy to schedule appointments.

It was our 1st appt at the Hunt Valley location after switching from Towson. Upon opening the door to the office, my daughter and I were greeted with the dirtiest looks by the 2 front receptionists. They glared at us, then looked at each other with utter disgust and then finally acknowledged us. Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a doctor’s office than I did here. I admitted we were 8 minutes late and I apologized for that. I even apologized for the traffic and accidents on 695 on the way there. But my goodness! This is how they treat patients for being 8 minutes late?! They have no rights to make patients feel that way! I was appalled and disgusted by their behaviors. What I really wanted to do was to turn around and walk right out. No one, I mean no one should tolerate this nonsense and unprofessionalism especially at a doctor’s office no less! And frankly, I don’t even want to bring my daughter back!

Dr. Wu and his team went above and beyond to work through numerous insurance hurdles over 7 months to make sure I got the care I needed. They regularly communicated with me and spent hours of their time advocating for me. When I was approved for the endovenous procedure they got me in quickly to proceed. The team made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and the team remained in lock step throughout the surgery. This clinic came highly recommended. I traveled two hours to see them and it was well worth the trip. Thank you MD Laser, Skin, and Vein! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I do not recommend coming to Kristen for skin aesthetician needs. After spending over $2000, I have seen little to no improvement of my skin, which is the complete opposite of what she had claimed - saying that the scars would have significantly faded by the last treatment.
