At my consultation (which was complimentary) I was right away impressed -modern office setting; before and after photos displayed on a tv screen; many certificates of education/excellence displayed on the wall! Dr. Rottman’s staff were prepared and professional. Dr. Rottman not only answered all of my questions but gave me his opinion on how to get the results I was looking for. He made me feel like he had the experience and expertise I was looking for and he made me feel at ease with his kind and caring nature. Brooke, his office assistant, informed me of all the details needed to proceed and set me up with paperwork and a date while I was there! She helped me to know what I needed to do before surgery and what to expect after. She gave me her cell number and responded right away with any questions I had. Dr. Rottman also shared his cell number the day of surgery and encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. The surgery center was exceptional and that staff friendly. I had 20 year old saline implants removed, a lift and silicone implant replacements. I am so happy with the results. Dr. Rottman is truly a talented plastic surgeon. I’m thankful to have found such an amazing surgeon who also runs such a friendly and professional office staff.
