Face It! Spa and Wellness

This was my first facial so I do not have prior experience to base this review on but from what my daughter has shared Chloe was very professional, my daughter loved her facial and couldn’t stop talking about it; for myself I was with Ashley and she was also very professional and caring to my skin. My face feels great and I left feeling absolutely relaxed and at peace. I will definitely be booking again.

Highly recommend! No matter the service you select or the person you get, you are in good hands! I have tried the classic manicure & pedicure, the Lymphatic Detox, the Mini Relaxation, the Detox Foot Soak as well as a hair cut. Each person has been kind and provided excellent service. It is the perfect place to go and there is something for everyone. I definitely plan to continue going for return services as well as trying new ones! The owner is also wonderful, and listens and helps offer what is best for your needs and/or preferences.

I received a gift card for my birthday. Booking an appointment was super easy with the online portal. I did the Environ Number One facial that included a light massage with Gina D. She was great, and talked about how to correctly use the product she suggested. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything. I was looking to add a step in my skin care routine so it was nice to have her recommend a low dose vitamin A moisturizer. The spa is kept super clean, and their locker room is AMAZING. A clean set of robe, towel, and spa slippers was provided. I cannot wait to be back for my next facial!

Nice spa business that is clean, well-organized, and, most importantly, not intimidating! I had my first haircut with blowdry done by Kate. She was very professional, patient, and creative. Throughout the haircut, she explains to me what she was doing, constantly checking how I felt about the cut. She was very patient with my mid-length thick hair, sharing tips on hair care, without pressuring me to purchase any products onsite. She took time to give me a beautiful blow-dry, styling my hair beautifully. They gave me a goodie bag as a welcome gift! Maybe one day, I'd try some of their spa services!

Gina continues to do impeccable work with my brow lamination, wax and tint. She is incredibly detail oriented and a true perfectionist! Highly recommend her! Consistent high quality results, kind demeanor, and gentle touch.
