I was going to another medical spa in the area. It seemed like they were not worried about treating my concerns. A friend recommended Jess. First time I went to her, she listened to my concerns and told me she didn't recommend the procedure I wanted. I appreciated the honesty! Recently, I talked to Jess and she recommended a newer procedure that takes 2 visits over a 6 week period. I decided to try it. I've only had 1 visit so far, but I'm liking the results. I'll review at the end of my 6 weeks. Jess is very honest and knowledgeable! Her employees are very pleasant and courteous!

This is my second time at Lumi Aesthetics, and I saw Jess and I just have to say she is the best! I wouldn’t go to anyone else but her! I love how she makes you feel comfortable and will answer any questions that you have. Jess and her team are the greatest and I always feel so welcomed when I go there! Jess is the sweetest !! She’s very well educated in her role and I trust her with everything! I was going somewhere else previously and ended up with results I wasn’t happy with. Jess listens and will do what’s best for you & make u happy ! she will not lead you in the wrong direction. She takes her time explaining everything so you understand!! I plan to keep seeing her for as long as I live 🥰 office is also very well maintained and super clean !!

I was going to another MediSpa but wanted to change and support Jess and her team since I have known her a long time. The change did not disappoint. I saw Heather today and absolutely loved her and my experience. She was wonderful, my appointment was seamless. I will definitely be going back in the future.
