Based on the reviews, I almost didn't schedule an apt here, however, I was desperate to be seen. I was scheduled with Dr. Max to look at a spot on my nose (Previous derm dr said it was a pimple. I didn't agree). Without me having to ask, he took a biopsy. He was friendly and nice, made sure I was comfortable during the biopsy. Answered my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Very happy to have given him a try. Also, the front desk ladies are fantastic!

The doctor spent exactly 5 minutes with me I couldn’t believe he barely looked at my body (skin cancer screening) and then he offered me cosmetics products. They are more worried about making money than checking their patients. Waisted my time!

Always made to wait for an hour past appointment time. Doctors are always in a rush to dismiss. Common diagnose is always fungal infection without bothering to consider other possibilities. Staff has no idea what was done to you in the exam room when you get checked out. There are no reports or notes made on time.

Dr. Max sees a lot of patients during his office hours, and sometimes there is a wait, but I think the level of care is excellent.
