Hillside Dermatology Agawam Massachusetts

I have been a patient here for around 5-6 yrs and absolutely love this practice! Everyone here is very friendly, very helpful and they go out of their way to get you what you need! Also they are not afraid to dig deep and do what ever tests are necessary to give you the best diagnosis they can!I. I was living locally, but now travel 5yrs from Maine to come see Melanie. I can’t say enough about Malissa in the office who worked with my insurance company for over a year to get the medication I needed to be covered! I would highly recommend this practice! I would travel further if I had to to to have Melanie as my Dr!!!

The experience was delightful and so welcoming. The staff is very professional but so pleasing to the spirit. The doctor was very personable and I can honestly say that it was the best Dr appointment I've ever had, and I'm 70 years old.... keep up the good work! 👍

The staff at hillside dermatology are absolutely fantastic! Melanie takes the time with patients, and listens to them, not many doctors do that today. I've been going to them now for about a year and a half maybe longer and every time I'm treated very nicely by all the office staff. Don't change a thing you guys you got this right. I would recommend hillside dermatology to anyone that needs help with their skin or dermatology issues.

The entire visit was great, starting with the politeness and efficiency of the check in process (love the iPad app and form). I was called in without having to wait very long, and the rest of the visit was wonderful. Doctor Koumentakos and her assistant made me feel super comfortable and were so kind. Thank you!

Beginning with my initial phone call all staff members were pleasant and professional. I had many questions and concerns all were addressed in an empathetic manner. I feel all staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable, most importantly anxious to help me. I am thrilled to have them in my corner and feel I will receive the advise and help that I need.
