It’s so refreshing to find a place where everyone is genuinely nice and knowledgeable and there’s no need to waste time or money at other overhyped spas. I’ve been coming here for my Botox treatments with Christina 1-2 times a year for several years, and I’ve always had the best experiences with her. The front desk staff are always friendly in person and over the phone too. This year I turned 40 and my skin has been a disaster. After being prescribed topical antibiotics and Tretinoin from my dermatologist and trying hundreds of dollars worth of other skin care products and tools, which provided no improvement at all, I decided to schedule a consultation to inquire about procedures that could help. I met with Leah, who was amazing’. She was friendly and answered all of my questions while providing education on skin. Instead of pushing for a pricy procedure (which is what I originally wanted) she recommended exfoliation and a product from their Zo skincare line that would be good for it. She didn’t push to sell me the whole line and simply reviewed each product and its purpose, also mentioning a few drug store products that are good to use, which I really appreciated. I went ahead and bought the whole kit anyway because I wanted a simple routine and set of products to replace the many that I had at home. Almost immediately I saw results. My skin is already less textured and more evenly toned! Once again, I had a great experience 😊

I had a double incision chest masculinization surgery with Dr. Melissa Johnson. Right from the beginning with scheduling everyone on staff that I’d interacted with was helpful, communicative, and accommodating. Thank you, Amy! I was able to get my consult appointment a bit earlier than initially scheduled due to a last minute cancellation. I met with Ashley during both of my visits, along with Dr. Johnson, and Ashley handled my care kindly and thoroughly. When my pcp was dragging her feet with writing a second letter for pre-auth to my insurance, I spoke with Carl at PVPS and he assured me that as soon as they got that second letter, they’d draw up the forms quickly and they did that very quickly! Forms were out by the next day for my insurance to approve! I just had surgery a week ago and a follow-up yesterday. I love my results! Huge shoutout to the incredible team of people at PVPS. For a procedure that can often be difficult to navigate for a variety of reasons, Dr. Johnson and her team make it their mission to provide excellent patient care. I felt I was well cared for throughout and am glad I trusted the team with my care and surgical journey.

I had a procedure done on the bridge of my nose which required 3 stitches. When I went back to have them removed I was feeling a bit anxious my blood pressure was up a bit and I was nervous. Christina Bahgat PA-C took out my stitches and from the moment she walked into the room I immediately relaxed she had a wonderful demeanor about her and I immediately felt comfortable. She took out my 3 stitches and I didn’t feel a thing! She made an anxious situation a lot more comfortable for me and I just want to thank her. Christina you are wonderful and thank you for a great experience. The staff at PVPS are so professional and super friendly.

I got surgery through PVPS a few weeks ago and cannot say enough about how good my experience was! Dr. Johnson, and all of the other staff were incredible at making me feel comfortable and making sure I got the results that I wanted. They explained everything in detail and ensured that I was as informed as I wanted to be every step of the way. 10/10 could not recommend enough!!
