Dr. Andersen saw my teenage son recently for age related skin issues. She was patient and showed genuine concern for his well-being. He now has a recommended skin care routine. I highly recommend Dr. Andersen, she is wonderful.

What happen to a doctors compassion. This place won't see you until you save your credit card information on file. Also, the customer service is awful, I explained I didn't have my HSA card with me (who carries an HSA credit card around) and the person who's the face of the organization looks at me an says this is the office policy, and then points to a document on the counter, see it's right there. Sorry I was not aware. Then she just sits there with no solution to offer. Find another dermatologist who cares for their patience and not ONLY about the payment and save yourself the aggravation.

Not only has our family had great treatment at Andover Dermatology, when my child had an acute need, they did everything they could to accommodate him, including two follow-ups from a nurse to make sure he had received the care he needed. From experience, it’s rare nowadays for that level of support from an HCP. Thank you!

I've been seeing Dr. Kumar at Andover Dermatology for at least 2 years. I am high risk for melanoma and he is thorough and always helpful. My daughter sees him too and he has been fantastic with her as well.

Paid out of pocket and it was only $85. Doctor Gruber is very friendly and gave me a bunch of free samples because I was uninsured. Service was fast and friendly. The doctor answered all my questions patiently and was very attentive.
