I love Dr. Viders and his staff. Me and my Mark have been seeing them for about 25 years, and they are great!

This summer I had the opportunity to use services here again. Continue to see the same clinicians. All staff are outstanding. Perfection. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Went in for a cyst removal and had a great experience. Dr Viders wanted to send me to a plastic surgeon but I insisted he do it. No visible scar, could not be happier with the results. I would refer any friend or family to him without hesitation!

I was referred to Auburn Dermatology (AD) by my primary care. AD was in touch with me and scheduled an appointment for me within 1 or 2 days of the referral. Very fast for a referral process! Their office is located in a fairly convenient section of Auburn, with ample parking. I'm used to arriving 15-20min early for an appointment, and then waiting a good 15-20min after my scheduled time. However, this was not the case at AD- they saw me right on time, indeed, I believe they saw me a few minutes early! I saw PA Dan. He was very polite and it was immediately apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable. His assistant was very pleasant as well. I had some issues with "prior-authorization" for scripts (having to do with my insurance) but AD sorted it out with my insurance company without me having to ask. A pleasant and anxiety-free experience, all around!

Had a area of concern the doctors assistant stated I was just being paranoid, I explained my dad had skin cancer and it killed him within a year and I have never had my skin checked. Worst service and professional manners makes me give them bad rating. I was so disappointed in this office. Keeping up with preventative care is important They made me feel I was wasting there time, shameful and unprofessional.
