Appointment was at 2:30 . Bladder ultra sound so I have to have a full bladder . It’s 3:01 and still nobody has came in for me and they told me there’s 2 people infront of me and I have to pee so bad . They called me in from the front and put me inside this “dressing room” told me they will let the tech know I’m here and it’s been 31 minutes and nobody has yet to come for me . I do not recommend coming here for an ultra sound
Poor communication. At my last appointment with my PCP I specifically told them that I needed a prior authorization from my insurance sent so that I could see another provider. Nothing was done, receptionist and doctor were informed and totally dismissed my request. I’ve waited a month for this appointment and now I can’t be seen because they never submitted the request to my insurance. This is unacceptable!
Called to refill a prescription for an Albuterol inhaler on Tuesday, explained that I was completely out and requested a rush. Called back Thursday when I hadn’t heard anything - it was never sent over to the pharmacy. Now it’s two days later, and Saturday, so no inhaler and no way to contact anyone until Monday.
Poor communication. First I get here for an ultra sound due to months of severe swelling in my legs. Can’t walk up stairs and elevators weren’t working. No other option. I’m then told my appt was at 8 when my paper that was given to me has written in it 730. At 8 I’m now told an employee called out and I can either wait or reschedule. I’ve been waiting months for this appt, in severe pain obviously I’m going to wait but the lack of empathy from the front desk and back was disgusting. I work in healthcare and have empathy for people in pain and try to help them as that’s my job description.
Love going there everybody is so friendly and respectful. I really enjoyed being there. I left for a while, but I’m back again love this place nurses. The staff are all very respectful.
