Dr Hamori and her staff are the epitome of professionalism. Beginning with the surgical consultant for an upper eyelid lift and CO2 laser, to the pre and post surgical care and ending with the best results I could have hoped for!! The results exceeded my expectations!! I look and feel younger and refreshed!! The recovery was quick, resulting in hardly any down time. Dr Hamori goes above and beyond for her patients!! This review is long overdue. I came to Hamori Skin & Spa without any knowledge prior, but because this was a women's owned & women's run medical facility. My initial consultation was scheduled rather quickly and my meeting with Dr. DiEdwardo was a great experience. The initial consult was thorough & informative. I was never left to feel embarrassed or self-conscious or pressured to move forward with any procedure I was not comfortable with. Once I decided to move forward, I expressed that I needed to move quickly due to work schedules. Dr. DiEdwardo & team were able to get me scheduled for surgery within a couple weeks and the entire process went smoothly & seamlessly. Everything from pre-op, to day of op to post-op was comfortable, informative and professional. My downtime was minimal and Dr. DiEdwardo was with me every step of the way. Dr. H was so amazing, as I have gotten older my nose began to lose its shape and became bony looking, she listened to all of my concerns and was able to educate me on my options. She is clearly an expert on facial structure and able to translate things in such an accessible way. She was able to add filler to make my nose look exactly the way it always had (maybe even a little better!) I love my nose again and am so happy I picked Dr. H.
