I researched and met with a number of plastic surgeons, and after meeting Dr Delia, there was no doubt I wanted him to complete my blepharoplasty. From my initial consultation to my surgery followup, Dr Delia and his staff exceeded all my expectations. Everyone was kind, patient and knowledgable. You have an idea what you want for results from plastic surgery but it's an incredible feeling when you look better than what you hoped for. I am beyond thrilled!!! My upper lids were literal hoods which impacted my driving at night, putting contact lenses in my eyes and having a very aged look. 3 weeks in, I can't stop looking at my eyes. I cannot even see the incision on my lower lids. As far as the procedure itself, I never even took a Tylenol let alone pain medication. I had no pain. I constantly iced and applied the medicated ointment as directed. The 3rd day is when the severe bruising and swelling appeared...it wasn't a surprise because I was informed as to what would happen. It was ugly but did not hurt. After the 3rd day, everything started to improve. I did not wear contact lenses for 2 1/2 weeks and that to me was the hardest part. Again, I am beyond thrilled with my results. Dr Delia is an artist. I am beyond grateful to him and his staff.

Dr. Delia is a supportive, honest and talented surgeon. He approached my hesitation to undergo a procedure that needed to be addressed for quite sometime. He took the time to call me and meet with me as many times as I needed. Making the decision to go ahead with the procedure under his advisement was the best decision.
