Surgery went well, Dr Kutka and staff are nice however at my two week post op appointment I got less than 5 mins of his time after a set expectation of getting my surgical tape off because that’s what I was told. Office hours online are incorrect and that is frustrating when I try to call with a non-urgent question. Otherwise good service and I love my results so far!

I had a great experience with Dr. Kutka and Nikki, they were both kind and patient.. I had a great experience with the staff at the hospital as well. They treated me with care and compassion. I am going back and would absolutely recommend!!

I had a breast reduction done almost 2 years ago doctor kutka did a great job. I am only giving his place a 3 star due to his staff. After the surgery I had celulitis which was very painful I’ve never in my life experienced celulitis so I kind of freaked out and went to the ER. I got antibiotics which made it go away in a few days. A few weeks passed and the celulitis returned so I decided to contact doctor kutkas office to let them know I wanted him to check what was going on and why I kept getting celulitis. Front desk lady seemed like she was annoyed with me and was definitely no help. I asked her if maybe I should go to the ER again and she said yes that’s what I should do but with a very annoyed tone of voice which was a bit unprofessional. I ended up coming in to the office to have my breast checked and his nurse assistant seemed like she was also a bit annoyed with me. Not sure if maybe they thought I was trying to blame them for having celulitis but that was not my intention I only wanted to know why it kept coming back which I kind of figured that it was due to sweating but I still just wanted a second opinion from kutka. Anyway my point is his staff just needs to be a bit more professional especially if they are working at a doctors office.

I had the Gastric Bypass almost 4 years ago I went to Dr.Michael Kutka in 2017 to have my access skin removed from stomach they call a tummy tuck he did a amazing job I went an had skin removed from my thighs which look amazing I’m not quite out of my fat suit just yet he has 2 more procedures to do on me my arms an my breast I go back in March for my follow up and consultation to start the approval from my insurance I highly recommend him he is given me my body back. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart I didn’t think I would ever find a plastic surgeon who would be so caring and truly understands what I was going through you are a wonderful surgeon God blessed you with an amazing gift.

Dr. Kutka may be a great doctor but his office staff is something else. I was given an ointment to treat infection to be applied 4 days prior to getting some injection. I contacted the staff weeks before my appointment because my purse got wet with my prescription. It was not in conditions to be accepted at CVS. I called asking for a new Rx that I can pickup. The staff said that since I was already given a Rx I had to call the pharmacy to get their fax number in order to get the Rx faxed over. I had a total of 4 conversations with the staff regarding how it was difficult to reach the pharmacy. At which she said on our 4th conversation. "Well if you waited 30 minutes for the pharmacy and couldn't reach anyone I don't have time to sit and wait for a fax number!" Go to find out all staff from medical office know patients are not allowed pharmacy fax number. Worst thing is upon confronting the staff she was just the same as on the phone condescending, rude and unprofessional. All the time Dr. Kutka??Listening to the entire conversation! Did he do anything?? Nope! Does he care? Most likely not!! Needless to say, I'm not going back. And I can't give a 0 star!!
