I am a new patient, made an appointment online MONTHS in advanced, took time off from work, got a babysitter and showed up 15 minutes early, only to be told my appointment was not today. To confirm, I showed the front desk the reminder email I had just received on Monday, stating that my appointment was today, and I was met with rudeness by the front desk and was told the Dr could not see me because she was already behind today. There was absolutely no accountability for whatever mistake was made on their end. UNACCEPTABLE. While I was waiting in the office another patient arrived for their appointment and was told their appointment was canceled because they do not accept her insurance and that she should've received a text about that. It seems theres some major scheduling and communication issues going on here.

I was charged $450 to remove a skin tag. I would have never have had it removed for that price. I have been a patient for years and feel cheated. I will be finding a new dermatologist especially when I get a response from billing saying that that’s our price.

I had booked a servive with ne dermatology as suggested by my ne dermatology Doctor. They canceled the service not once but two times.! I was note even notified of the second cancelation. Extremely poor customer service!! Maybe changing dermatology location !

I was seen by Karima Peretti, PA, for a couple of concerning moles. She was very attentive to my concerns and quickly removed both. One of the biopsies turned out to be melanoma. Karima explained the biopsy results clearly and compassionately. She patiently listened to my questions and addressed the concerns I had. I am confident in the care and attention Karima provided.

Dr St Pierre and her staff exceeded my expectations. She was pleasant kind and patient and very knowledgeable..I never felt rushed and left with all my questions answered. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
