Beauty Supply Supermarket

Honestly, if this wasn’t the store with the most products, I would never shop there. A bunch of policies and rules placed on customers, but no changes on the store side to accommodate such changes. The employees aren’t the most knowledgeable about what the store carries, let alone hair products so being helped takes forever. Place is usually understaffed, and when they do have people, they are sitting behind the counter on their phones or talking. Not to mention a manager who will reprimand a customer on an employee policy….that should’ve been upheld by employees since they are the ones who have to abide by it. I won’t even get into how problematic it is to build an entire business on catering to hair care, a lot of which being Black hair care, but not having a single Black woman working there to actually help…. Just an overall frustrating experience. I definitely don’t blame the employees, there definitely some that are trying to help and are so sweet. The issue truly is management.

Great wide selection of things to get, love a store where they have everything I’m looking for!

I'm from out of state ( California). I ask my cousin to take me to a beauty supply store and she pick this place. I loved every bit of it. I just hate I didn't purchase 2 of the wigs. I loved the softness the curl pattern the color and style.

They have everything, and their staffs are so nice.

Amazing love this place decent pricing and if they don’t got something you don’t need just let the cashier know and they will try their best to get it.
