My first time at this practice, I went to the Needham office...I was about 30 minutes early, but they took me almost immediately, which was great! All medical staff were very kind, friendly, and professional. They made me very comfortable in a first appointment where I had to be almost completely unclothed with a male doctor that I didn't know...no small feat. The skin check was thorough, and they also helped me with a few things my previous doctor had basically ignored. Nice location too, right near Rosemary Pond and with plenty of parking. VERY HAPPY.

I had a terrific experience at Dr. Krathen’s office in Needham. This was my first dermatology appointment in Boston, and they made me feel very comfortable right away. The staff was super friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Krathen was thorough and really listened to my concerns, even addressing things my previous doctor had overlooked. The location is convenient with plenty of parking, and it’s right by Rosemary Pond. I’m very happy with the care I received and will certainly be back. I highly recommend this practice and seeing Dr. Krathen in particular!
