Esthetics Evolved Needham

I had a GLOW facial last week in Needham with Lynne. It was perfect and my skin is still glowing! I would highly recommend this service.

I see Chrissy Martin every few months for a clear complexion facial. She has saved my skin! Not only does she do an amazing job everytime but she is one of the nicest people I know. I find myself leaving in a better mood after I see her. She’s kind, caring, funny and very sweet. I would highly highly recommend going to see her if your looking to clear your skin especially for a big event. I recently got married and my skin was flawless for my wedding day. I cant say enough good things about this location and the staff.

I had a poor experience with an esthetician at the Needham location who said she had been there for 20 years. She was very unprofessional. I asked her if she would mind wearing a face covering / mask since she was going to be so close to my face, and she rolled her eyes and left the room without even replying. She came back with a mask in hand. Then when I asked her other questions about the treatment before we started, before she put on the mask, she kept cutting me off like she was annoyed...it seemed very passive aggressive. I should have walked out then, but I stayed. Then, at the end of the facial, she tried to leave the room quickly as I sat up, and I got a glimpse of the side of her face and she did not have a mask on, nor in her hand. I am sure she took it off while doing the last portion of the treatment where my eyes were covered. I can't understand why someone would do this given my request. She has to expect, being so close to someone's face, that this request is understandable these days. And, she did this odd ear massage that left me with ear pain for a week afterward. I don't usually name names, but I feel people should know, especially if you prefer your esthetician wear a mask. Here name is Nena.

Have being a regular with Any and love my facials. She is thorough and gentle.

my friend and I got our makeup done for prom and it looked horrible. Nothing was blended and my face was red and hers was orange. She looked like a clown, and the lady was rude to her while doing her makeup. After it was done we had to run to her house and fix both of ours before prom pictures. Horrible experience. I'm pissed.
