I was supposed to have an appointment here over a month ago, but I was told on the day of the appointment that it was cancelled due to a family emergency. I totally understand that those things happen, and I was assured that I would be contacted to reschedule the appointment. I waited over 8 months for that appointment so I was pretty disappointed, but of course I accepted this and assumed they would get back to me. It has now been weeks and I have left two messages, but gotten no response. Every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail. It almost seems like they might be closed, but nothing on their website says anything about that. If they're experiencing issues that would prevent my appointment from being rescheduled right now, that's disappointing but ultimately fine since some things can't be helped. However, it's baffling to me that there is zero communication about what's going on. I just want to know if there's even a chance that I'll still be able to get an appointment here.

Dr White was efficient and knowledgeable. Also love getting flash facials here! They are super booked so it’s sometimes hard to get appointments— Make sure to schedule your next appointment while you’re there, right after your session!

Been waiting over a month for them to fill a prescription and was hung up on when I tried to ask for help. Disappointing.
