Waited months to get in and was very disappointed by the condescending attitude of the provider. I guess it takes more than walking into a room and announcing your name and title to impress me. It was both the first and last time I will be going there. Found another practice with kind providers that care about the patient experience more than their own egos.

Having required attention in the past 5 or 6 years, each apt has meet my needs. I’ve been seen by 3 to 4 different providers always felt safe, as well as satisfied with each. However; they were so busy, it felt rushed. Meeting David Goudreault was entirely different, his time & attention was thorough and thoughtful! I’m grateful to have met him, look forward to his remaining in Northampton office…

They violate the rights of new patients by scheduling 8-12 months appointment. Very sad. Just tell the truth “we don’t accept a new patient”.
